Insurance
Our doctors do not participate with ANY insurance carrier. Our office will provide you with a statement that you can submit to your carrier for reimbursement.

Medicare
We have opted out of the Medicare program. Medicare patients pay at the time of service for their office visit. Most labs are covered by Medicare. Patients referred out for radiological and specialty services are covered under Medicare. Patients can file with their secondary carrier.

Workers’ Compensation
We do not participate with any Workers’ Compensation program.

Tricare
We do not participate in the Tricare program. Patients pay at the time of service for their office visits.
